Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale ("STC") & Disclaimer

  1. Transfers cancelled or amended less than 3 hours prior to the requested service or if the vehicle/s have been dispatched, will be charged in full.
  2. In the event that a passenger fails to arrive or meet up with the chauffeur driver, the transfer fee quoted will be charged in full as a “no-show” fee.
  3. The Operator is not obliged to honour any bookings where the flight has been delayed. The Operator will, however, endeavour to provide the service requested at the updated time. This may, however, result in a higher fare being charged due to the service being sub-contracted or as a result of the service being provided after hours (21h00 to 06h00 daily).
  4. Should a flight arrive earlier than the prearranged booking, the Operator shall not be obliged to honour the earlier arrival time; however, the Operator will endeavour to accommodate the change. It is incumbent upon the passenger requiring the service to wait for the chauffeur driver until the prearranged time of the original booking or a “no-show” fee will be charged.
  5. All bookings, cancellations and amendments must be in writing. Verbal bookings, cancellations and/or amendments will not be accepted and no bookings, amendments and/or cancellations are to be conveyed via the passengers appointed chauffeur driver.
  6. Only bookings, cancellations or amendments replied to in writing are considered acknowledged.
  7. The Operator allows a paging time of 45 minute for domestic collections and 90 minutes for international collections from the updated arrival time of the booked flight, after which the service will be considered a “no show” unless otherwise instructed. The Operator will however liaise with the booking agent in this regard.
  8. Infants or children are counted as passengers and therefore form part of the number of passengers booked.
  9. Should a passenger request a stop en-route, an additional fee may be charged at the applicable rate.
  10. Should a passenger delay the chauffeur driver for more than 15 minutes after the pre-booked collection time, a standing fee shall apply per 30 minutes from the scheduled collection time. This fee does not apply for airport collections as stated above in 7 above.
  11. All services are private services with a personal meet & greet at the passenger’s terminal of arrival and/or collection point.
  12. The Operator strives for 100% reliability and punctuality, unfortunately unforeseen circumstances may delay the service. In this regard the Operator will contact the passenger prior to the scheduled collection and request that passenger waits a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled transfer before making alternative arrangements.
  13. It is the responsibility of the passenger being transported that the passenger has sufficient time to arrive at their destination; the Operator will not be held liable for passenger/s missing their flights or any other prearranged commitments.
  14. Bookings made with the Operator where the passenger has to settle his account directly with the Operator, and fails to do so, or is a “no-show”, will result in the booking agent being held responsible for the account.
  15. The Operator will not be held liable for passenger/s missing their ongoing arrangement as a result of a mechanical breakdown caused due to unforeseen circumstances. It is highly recommended that all passengers carry traveller’s insurance in this regard.
  16. The Operator will not be held liable for the loss of luggage either due to theft or damage while in the Operators possession. It is highly recommended that passengers carry traveller’s insurance in this regard.
  17. Should a specific vehicle type be required or additional service offerings such as a baby seat or a trailer, this must be booked in advance of the service at the time of making the booking.
  18. The price quoted is based on the maximum number of passengers approved for that specific vehicle type (Sedan: 1-3 Pax; 7-Seater: 4 – 7 Pax; 13-Seater: 8 – 13 Pax) or as indicated.
  19. The Operator reserves the right to send a larger vehicle, multiple vehicles or an upgraded vehicle in the case where the specific vehicle booked is unavailable.
  20. The passenger may not demand or expect the chauffeur driver to break any traffic laws including over-speeding for any reason whatsoever.
